Hi, I’m Martin

I’ve been where I’m sure many of you have been: struggling with injury, being unable to perform the sports I love doing, being unhappy with my body and not knowing what to do next with the health complaints I was suffering from.

In May 2018 I suffered a major hip injury that also damaged most of the supporting tendons, leaving me in constant pain. I was unable to sleep properly, walk or even work, despite all the pain relief that I was taking. This allowed me to fine-tune my process over the seven months that followed, putting all my acquired knowledge of rehabilitation and functional medicine to trial on my own body, and finally stepping onto a bodybuilding stage pain-free just a short five months later in April 2019.

How will you achieve your best results: 

 

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

STEP 1

During our assessment, I analyse your current levels of health from a multifactorial assessment, alongside physical capabilities, restrictions, and your needs to establish the appropriate training and rehabilitation strategies.

BESPOKE Nutrition and Lifestyle PLAN

STEP 2

A tailored nutrition and lifestyle strategy is created for your specific health challenges, goals and needs together with nutritional education, as your nutrition will determine the ability to train and recover.

NUTRITION STRATEGY

STEP 3

A bespoke training plan (or Training & Rehab/Prehab plan) is put together, taking into consideration your health and fitness goals, any injuries or weak points in your physique that you want to develop. 

PROGRESS TRACKING

STEP 4

I use methodical training and health tracking to track and assess your progress. Performance log and weekly progress photos are used for weekly reference and analysis.

CHECK-INS

STEP 5

Weekly check ins are arranged based off all your individualised feedback from your progress tracking data and relevant adjustments are made to the plan throughout.

Resources & Support

STEP 6

I offer a private online space that is accessible anywhere to help you in your journey. Support is offered with a reflective coaching environment, where I want you to develop your own knowledge to build future success after the programme finishs.
